1. YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO WIN - In the event a minor donates and wins, a new drawing will take place.

2. The drawings will always take place around 11:30PM EST of the draw date. The winner will be announced the following morning, and a live screen recording of the drawing alongside the list of entries will be posted on our WhatsApp group as well as status and social media accounts (it can also be sent privately upon request).

3.No goods or services are being offered for your fully tax-deductible donation. By proceeding with the donation, you agree that no refund will be required by the organization if it does not add you into a drawing and the drawing will remain valid. To cancel a monthly donation at any time, simply text "unsubscribe" to (516) 680-3027.

4. No purchase/donation necessary. To enter without making a donation, you must submit an 8" x 10" postcard to the following address: Mekor Chaim ATTN: Timepiece4Torah Drawing, 1083 Bay 32nd Street, Far Rockaway, NY 11691. The postcard must include the following: a) Your full legal name (as it appears on official documents, no nicknames allowed). b) Your phone number (no alternative contacts). c) Your current address (complete with full ZIP code). d) A written acknowledgment that you are over 18 years old (if you are not, please do not attempt to enter). d) Your date of birth (in the exact format MM/DD/YYYY, no exceptions)Only one mail-in entry per person is permitted.Failure to include any of these requirements will result in disqualification. Please ensure your handwriting is legible, as we will not accept entries with unclear or incomplete information. In addition, please note that we will not be responsible for any delays or issues in mail delivery, and incomplete postcards will not be processed.

5. Timepiece4Torah reserves the right to postpone/cancel its drawings at any time. If it is canceled, an immediate cancellation of all subscriptions will take place, and the return of your last donation will be granted upon request if the drawing it qualified for was not executed.

6. Timepiece4Torah reserves the right to refund/cancel a donor's donation/subscription at their discretion at any time.

7. We do not claim any association or affiliation with the manufacturer or authorized distributors of the watches. The purpose of this drawing is solely for personal and non-commercial use. The watches are offered without any warranty, guarantee, or representation of authenticity, and it is not intended to convey any rights or privileges typically associated with authorized dealers/sellers. Winners are advised to refer to the original manufacturer's warranty and terms of use for any relevant information pertaining to the product.

8. The recipient of each Rolex will receive a 1099-MISC at the end of the year. Upon receiving the timepiece, we will require info to file.
